- Are you paying cash, financing, or leasing?
- Do you have a trade-in?
- Are you going to buy add-ons?
- Maintenance, Extended warranty, paint protector, leather protector etc.

There are nearly 35 dealers in California. In the Los Angeles and surrounding areas there has to be 20. It is not hard to shop for the best price.

I manage to get my GS F Sport AWD 10% off of MSRP.
How much was your transaction price using invoice as a reference?

Cantadanie,

Not sure about your deal. I called Lexus when we bought our car in September and Lexus corporate said you can not combine the $1,500 Conquest\Owner Loyalty and the $1,000 GS\Experience certificate or any other multiple certificates.

I was told this by multiple dealers and confirmed this with Lexus corporate about using more than one certificate but unless things have changed you need to verify this.

Don't have the paper in hand but

MSRP $59,845
GS 350 AWD
F-Sport
Nav/Intuitive Parking/Blind Spot/Premium Pkge/Remote Start/Glass Breakage

The end price was $56,500 and they also included free Maintenance at the intervals, I think every 5K and a Tire and Wheel warranty. This price also included the $1500 Lexus incentive or that's what they told me. I'm happy with numbers as before I think I was getting ripped off, thanks to the members here I got this deal.

This was the deal I got. From what I understand, no one has received a similar deal through my dealership, and I haven't found anyone online that has received a similar deal. The car MSRP was $60,200 (Mark Levinson, HUD, Rear Steering), but my dealer charged $318 for wheel locks, trunk mat, cargo net, and rear bumper applique. I had zero out of pocket, and my first payment was on Lexus. I got the loyalty money, tax credits, rebates, etc.

Like I said in the other thread, we're not getting the whole picture.

See where it says "tax less trade", then "Y"? That means you had a trade which defrayed much of your sales tax, took it from $3,630.25 to $516.50. Thats pretty significant when comparing your deal to another deal that is "zero out of pocket". You essentially put that $3,113.75 down...

If I add that $3,113.75 back into the deal it brings the payment to $684.74/ While still good, is hardly as excellent a deal as it would appear here at first glance.

LOL, I don't know what to say man. I've showed you the deal I was given, I own the car and am driving it. I didn't trade anything in, as I kept my GS430, and I sold my Lamborghini to a friend of mine. I contemplated doing an "In and Out" to save money, but the dealer said they charged $400 for it, and they were only charging me ~$500 for tax, so it didn't seem worth the hassle.

Unless you are a Lexus dealer that knows all the money available for these cars, I don't see how you think you could know my deal. I was at the dealership last night and asked my sales person if I could get a similar deal for a friend of mine that fell in love with my car. He said it would be almost impossible as the residuals and money factors changed, loyalty went from $1500 to $1000, and the biggest thing was that there were no more TAX CREDITS.

I know how to calculate a lease, in fact I think its safe to say I'm pretty much an expert on it. If there were "tax credits", they came from the state of Texas, not from Lexus or the dealer. The dealer cannot just waive the sales tax, they are required to collect the sales tax when the vehicle is registered...its the law.

I'm not doubting your deal, I'm just saying to everybody else who might compare their deals to yours, your deal was in a large part due to whatever process going on in the state of Texas that reduced the amount of tax you owed, not because you negotiated an incredible deal. You got a great deal, no doubt, but your low payment was the result of the fact that you basically paid no sales tax...everybody else is going to have to pay either sales tax or a monthly use tax, depending on their state.

So if its OTD i think its around 60k for the car, do u guys think its a good deal im financing it? If its a good deal Im going to pick up the car on monday. I was gonna pick a white exterior color but they say I gotta special order it.

If its $58k its not the standard car, is it the luxury package or the F-Sport?

Are you getting the $1,000 loyalty rebate?
