Enform issues
I have yet to get Enform to work on my new 4GS. I have the app on my smartphone and am successfully logged in. I have the phone in my car and the bluetooth connected successfully. When I navigate to Apps though, it tries to update the apps and then gives me a message saying "apps update unsuccessful. Try again later." I've disconnected from wifi on my phone and pulled the car out of the garage into the middle of the driveway but still am getting this message.
Any ideas/suggestions?

did you link your apps? Pandora, Yelp etc. on your phone. you have to actually sign up separately for each app. and the apps have to be running on your phone when you switch to apps via nav. i used lexusdrivers.com to link the apps. you have to register for each app on lexusdrivers.com.

Thanks, all. I tried my wife's iPhone (mine is android gingerbread) and it started updating the apps but then froze at 39% for a while then gave me the usual "update failed" message. I'll try the USB mode, didn't think of that. Otherwise will ask the dealer to help. Also will try somewhere else besides my driveway to see if that may be it.

The day after purchasing the 4G I was sent a username and password to lexusdrivers.com After changing my password, linking my app accounts, and pairing my Droid RAZR to bluetooth, everything worked flawlessly. Oh yeah I also downloaded the Enform app and ensured the status showed ESTABLISHED and then LISTENING.

I have a problem with Pandora. Everything is connected and linked as it is supposed to, but when Pandora loads it will show the album cover and song that is supposed to be playing with no sound. Sometimes it requires a couple restarts of the app to work, but most the time it doesn't work at all. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm running the app off of an iPhone 4S. It has worked before, but not lately...very strange...

Yes, this is exactly what happens, very rarely is it working and it gets hot and kills battery so I've been plugging it in to charge. Let me know who you contact and I'll do the same, maybe a review on the Apple app store for the app???

Also if your looking for just Pandora which is mostly what I want the app for just run the App from your iPhone and go BT audio it works flawlessly and you can change tracks from the controls but still have to go back to the iPhone to change stations.

Doesn't your Lexus dealership have a "technology specialist"? They are trained to help with these types of issues. With all the different model/types of phones and different phone OS's there are bound to be some hickups... My Razor worked fine...

Yes, actually at the dealer right now getting a wash and asked about that. They basically said they would "voice the concern" but didn't have an answer for it because they aren't the ones that actually designed the app...we'll see... Hopefully there is an update for us iPhone users soon!
