Money Factor
I know the money factor is .0019 for tier one but some people claim to have a lower MF before the application of any applicable MSD. How can that be?

Although I do not know of a specific program it is possible that in certain geographical areas LFS may have specials rates, its possible. But where I am in N. California it is not the case.
