Hey guys, I have been trolling around the forum for a little bit cause I know that this is the car I want and it looks like the day has come.

I just need some advice on the numbers because the deal sounds good but payment seems high.

Background: I have an 08 infiniti qx that i bought about a year ago that i really don't like so i need to get rid of it. I got the dealer to give me an acceptable number and I am coming up with the rest to cover negative equity except $540 bucks. I am also in California so I know we get better deals out here but also pay more tax.

So here is the car white (beauty by the way) F sport with Mark Levinson. I am getting it $500 over invoice plus the $1,500 in conquest. 36 month 12k lease. My credit is good so I am getting the best money factor, excuse me if i totally mess this up but .00019 or something like that (basically the money factor that lexus offers).
and my payment is $828 a month. I think I gave all necessary info. Seems a little high to me but.

What is your bank fee? (Lease Acquisition)
What is your down payment?
What is the MSRP for your car?
Are you doing MSD (Multiple Security Deposits)?

Where in CA are you?

 

lol, I guess i didn't give all the important info.

Down payment: im putting down $6,000 they are giving me $30k for my car and I owe $36,500

The sticker on the car is $57,580

They are waiving the security depostis.

I guess the only thing i dont know off hand is the bank fee??

Ok so residual is $35,27 and the sticker is $57,800 not not $57,580

 

Numbers are very high.

Here are my assumptions:

* -$6500 equity for trade in, rolled in as part of lease, less $6000 down payment = $500 added to new lease
* $1000 lease acquisition fee.
* 8.25% tax
*$57800 MSRP
*$53740 invoice + $500 over invoice - $1500 Conquest

Pmts: $754.85

auto trader has trade in value at 30k. they wanted to give me 28 but i got them up to 30K
