Default LKA Does anyone have it?

Does anyone have Lane Keep Assist and if they do how do you like it? I have it ordered and was just wondering how well it works.

Lane Keep Assist (LKA)

I had to look it up. Nope, don't have that option.

We don't get it in our market unfortunately

I've tried it in MB S-Class...its amazing there!

It almost makes you wish the car would drift slightly on the shoulder lane just to feel how it comes back into the lane!

Mine have it. It work but not like the way I want it. The LKA on new M37 work better than 4GS, and also DCA, aka distant control assist (full speed) work great compare to 4GS dynamic cruise control.

It sound and flashing when you drift out the lane and slightly steer back the car to center. In my driving, it barely steer the car back without you actually steer the car. On M37, the steering force much stronger and the car really back to the center lane.

My opinion: Infiniti equip their products with better/newer tech options than Lexus.

I'm beginning to think you have to have APCS to get Lane keep assist.

Havent tried it yet but i agree, infiniti is always ahead for some reason. Why did we wait so long to put BSM (blind spot monitor) on?

Mine have APCS which is LKA, driver attention monitor & dynamic cruise control.

The 2 options I don't have: HUD & Night view.

Mine dealer have one with night view but no LKA. Night view & LKA are not compatible.

Yea. I've got HUD ordered on mine and I wasn't interested in night view. Did you have to order or did you just find one. APCS narrows it down a lot. How well does LKA and dynamic cruise control work?

Got mine since Mar, the only one AWD Lux with APCS & LKA in northwest. In the combo that look nice to me: Fire Agate & Black. I checked out the one with HUD but decide it's not worth the wait , and display only black & white and cost extra $900. Other car makers have color HUD.

The LKA is fun to have, if you drift out the lane without turn signal it'll beep & flash at you. You can feel the force on your steering wheel but not much. The lane markers need to be clear for the camera to recognize. Read the manual carefully and do not depend on it.

Dynamic cruise control is helping alot if you drive in moderate traffic so you can set a distance and relax your foot on the brake. It wont work below 25mph, while Infiniti M series brake the car to complete stop. Again DO NOT depend on this TOO.

Both work only when vehicle speed over 25-30mph or so and not with heavy rain or snow.
