ML and LDH/DRS do make a different and HUD is hard to get. I had to special order and waited for mine with all these features. For someone who did not want to wait in the beginning and traded for the "right" optioned car later is another way to achieve it, but most people don't have the resources (extra $$$ and time) to do it.
