Official Worlds First:
  • 2013 USDM Lexus GS350 F-Sport w/JDM Fog Lights Installed.
  • 100% OEM Fog Light Fitment & Function + Bonus Independent Fog Light control, when Ignition is ON.
  • Upgraded OEM Headlight Stalk with ON/OFF Fog Light Switch.
  • Upgraded PIAA Plasma ION Yellow Bulbs.
  • ALL OEM Lexus Parts + Custom Wiring Harness for H11 Bulb Application.
  • Special Thanks to my good friend Tommy @ MusicBox, for the Custom Wiring Harness Install..!!







The below video I created has a slide show of some of the install process..

What really stands out the most is the OG tribute to the Lexus Yellow Fog Light Color..
Created w/ PIAA Plasma ION Yellow H11 Bulbs

thanx once again joe, and to A6S,,, i have a feeling that's his car. i have a question. i have every option. BSM, PCS, DAM, LKA, HUD, ML, DRCC,,, would that pose a problem? just asking because the manual states that i can't mod to much because of all the sensors, cameras so on and so forth. now that i think about it, it might not have been the manual but a lexus site,,, i think lexus global. i want to do a few mods but don't want to deal with resetting and recalibration etc,, you know what i mean. i want the car to be the same as when i drove it off the lot. "AM I MAKING SENSE"?

Joe and Tommy are true rock stars when it comes to the detail they put into the work. My car turned out perfect and I will post more pictures of the car soon to add to this thread.

Well ALL of the US parts are available over your local Lexus Parts counter...

The hardware install is literally the easiest part... Everything bolts right into place..

The JDM Fog light garnish covers are the only parts that have to be sourced from Japan.

As far as install instructions for the wiring... I honestly will say the process is NOT for the novice.
You have to know "how to" wire up a custom harness and also run a small 3rd party switch..

The OEM Light Stalk replacement process is a bit more time consuming & tedious due to the airbag and steering wheel removal. But the OEM function is sweet..!!
Also, a control wire has to be sent up the column to the harness plug & correct pins to gain control of the ON/OFF switch..

I wish I can say it was easy, but it's not if you don't know what your doing..

Setting up a hidden 3rd party switch is cheaper and easier per se.

You are Very Welcome once again..!! Actually this was a different owners Nebula Gray GS F-Sport

I think I understand what you're saying... Honestly I can't see how installing these OEM Fog Lights would interfere with any / all of your GS's options..

For those who want to start researching some of the part numbers for the parts shown below, I can provide what I know...

USDM and/or JDM OEM Fog Lamp Part numbers needed or used on the 2013 GS350.
(And approx. 10 other Toyota / Lexus Models)

81210-0D042 = (1) RH Fog

81220-0D042 = (1) LH Fog

93567-A5014 = (4) Mounting Screws needed

84140-30360 = (1) Headlight Stalk w/FOG Switch **Optional**


*** From Japan:
The required important parts are the RH & LH F-Sport Fog Garnish Covers.

For wiring, you will either need to make or purchase a pre-made heavy duty custom Fog Light Harness for H11 Bulb Application.

We also used (2) Putco H11 Harness bulb plugs, which do help with install process if you you have to create your own custom harness wires..
