Finally I signed the OTP on the GS450h Deep Sea Mica with Ivory interior (we only have a choice of black, ivory or grey (tan not available
), after back and forth negotiations I managed to get 5% off MRSP. Now the wait begins should be between August and September.

Congrats! Glad to see another 450h on the road soon. It's an amazing vehicle, unequivocally the best I've ever driven.
As for shortages of color choices, I feel your pain, as I also wanted the tan interior, but my choices were the black one or more waiting.

Thanks everyone. It's amazing how one goes through these impulsive purchases, yesterday I also upgraded my 2010 RX to 2013, dealer has one that will arrive end of July. Starlight black with ivory interior also, fully loaded (Nav, ML, HUD, Side camera, LED, afs, 19", ). My 2010 was depreciated by 25% over ownership period. Since I had already settled it I will only pay in 25% of the MSRP plus anti-smash and grab..
It seems that Lexus here is only interested in bringing in only the GS450 F as there is such a shortage here of the non-F sport version of the hybrid. The main problem with the F sport is that it does not have ML, power trunk, heated rear seats, 3 zone aircon, rear and side blinds, blind spot, sunroof and 18 way seats (all of which are standard on the non-F version). The non-F is also cheaper than the F sport.
