from the dealer,,, i'm surprised they did not offer it to you. you're still entitled to it, however it will be OOP instead of worked into payments. something for the future. **** happens.

I have the tire and wheel package on my F-Sport and its definitely from the dealer. Pretty cool too. You can also get a replacement tire from Discount or NTB and Lexus will send you a check. Of course, you can always go to Lexus directly and get a new wheel or tire but thats not always practical.

So pissed guys. Got my left front rim bent little bit when I got into a pothole on BQE in NY. I am a careful driver and I tried to avoid that pothole as fast as I could but it was really big and I did not have enough time. It was like 15 inches long and could be over 9 inches wide and pretty deep too. Yesterday and I was washing my car and I remembered to check that front left wheel and found out it is bent little bit. I will put the pictures.
Is that something that can easily fix or order a new one from dealer? I know dealer gonna be over prized. Please let me know if you guys know any other options. Thanks a ton

I thought Lexus offered a two year insurance on the wheels and tires against any damage. Lexus would replace the tire and/or wheel damaged. I purchased the insurance and I believe it was only $200.

all I can say is, it is not good or safe to have a good car in NYC. Especially in Queens. I used to live in Queens and people always key the car paint for no reason. They even signed my car saying "2009 baby" on the paint when I was with old MDX lol..Then I owned RX 350 for 2 years and they keyed the RX after a week I bought it. So I moved to NJ and just go to my work from NJ to NYC. Still can't get away from NYC potholes....SMH

DAMN IT! I have 2 bent rear rims! I am baffled as to how this happened. I did not hit any big potholes and my car is less than 3 months old. I kept feeling slight vibration around 70-75 mph and it was more when the tires was cold but I got new Michelin Primacy MXM4 and the vibration was still there but less. I took it to an independent shop which is the best in town and they showed me the rims being spun on the machine and the left rear was badly bouncing and the right rear was slightly bouncing on the machine.
Now I have tire/wheel insurance so how do I go about to claim this? I called up my salesperson and my service advisor and told them I will bring the car on Thursday morning with the invoice for the labor at this independent shop showing that they detected both rear rims to be warped/bent.
