I have a feeling that Lexus will run a promotion in August and may lower the money factor and interest rates. (like December to Remember). Anyone also think so? I think they have done it in the past.

 

I'm also hoping once the new ES comes out they will be more competitive on the GS. Right now in the Chicago area I haven't found any dealerships that are interested in discounting the car anywhere near the posted invoice cost

 

The GS for the first half of the year has been the big signature car of the new direction. Now that the ES redesign is about to hit the showrooms and an LS redesign is about to be announced, they may start being a little less tight on the price, though it'll probably remain pretty firm for the next year or two, until it's been out a little longer and the other guys start catching up.

 

its called Golden Opportunity event - Lexus already lowered the money factor for the GS's in July, most likely to stay the same in August. RX will probably get some type of money factor reduction for the August.
