Probably not...assuming the 450H would be another 5-8K added to sticker price. Listen, i am all for doing what i can to help the enviornment but i really dont want to spend an extra 5-8k on a vehicle if all i am getting is the hybrid version.

I don't believe the current GS 450h adequately justifies its price premium given its mild performance increase and the relatively low price of gasoline in the United States, which limits concerns over the fuel economy of the non-hybrid GS 350. The GS 450h makes more sense in other areas of the world where political pressures inflate the price of gasoline or artificially inflate the price of non-diesel and non-hybrid vehicles.
Given the upside-down economics of the GS 450h in the United States, its sales are most likely going to come from the well-heeled "environmentalists". I'd think this demographic generally shuns "sporty" packages since they tend to be associated with less-efficient performance vehicles.
Personally, I'd be more inclined to spend the same money on a 400+ horsepower V8 variant.

I would not consider the GS 450h F SPORT because of the price. The hybrid raises the price of the car beyond my price point. Also, I do more highway driving than city driving and hybrids tend to work best in city driving.

F-Sport Hybrid is an oxymoron. But I agree with everyone else. The price premium they put on the hybrid doesn't justify the lackluster engine it comes with.
I would like to know if it'll be possible to change the headlamp assembly to the LED Hybrid assembly on a NA F-Sport version....
Is that Obsidian or the deep purple color that they had for the 3GS Hybrid?

Call me superficial , I prefer the more aggressive dual exhaust pipes rear than the none in the 450h....
Btw, why is it called 450H in the first place? Shouldnt it be named 350H?

Its called the 450h because the 3.5 ltr engine with the hybrid system, has the same power output as a 4.5ltr V8.

I expect your right I was just going on what is reported here in the UK, but as you have said if they intend to up the power output in the new 2012 model then this would not be completely true.

they should start with having more GS450h's on dealer lots, so they would be able to show to the people while GS450h is cool... this way, almost nobody here tried one.
When it comes to Europe, buying V6 or V8 petrol engined car is idiotic these days... after 3 years they drop so much in value that they are useless. This is main reason people buy diesels in larger cars, it is not that you save some pump money because you pay more for the engine but because you lose a lot more money during resale.

I have a 4th Gen GS 450h and would consider a F- Sport version. Yes there is a price premium for the hybrid, but I'm enjoying the gas mileage. I have averaged 35 plus miles per gallon on the highway and 31 around the city. My wife has a 4th gen GS 350AWD which I get to drive frequently. While I do notice the reduced weight in the 350, they drive very similarly. She is averaging about 18 miles per gallon overall. So you can imagine we take the 450 far more when together. She says she can't tell the difference between the two cars from the passenger seat. Since I was already willing to take the leap for the hybrid, I would have considered a bigger leap for the F- Sport if it was available.

I really considered getting the hybrid but the price alone wasn't worth it to me. I also didn't get the regular F Sport because the increase in price without an increase in power also wasn't worth it to me. So add that up and I definitely wouldn't get the hydrid F sport. Plus, like one poster mentioned, for some reason they took out the exhaust tips in the hybrid which I think adds a whole lot to an otherwise slightly bland back of the car.
