I do not recall exactly how much I paid when I bought mine 6 years ago (likely around $180 for all four), but not only did serve as an accent piece, but they helped redirect the brake dust resulting in cleaner rims. However, they were a PITA to remove when doing brake work. I would not purchase them again and would rather paint the calipers.

You are saying you have to completly remove them to do new pads? How are they attached? How do you remove and re-attach? Thanks.

I had to go to the garage and refresh my memory. They come with some steel clips that you slide over the calipers, then the studs on these caliper covers mate with it, and finally you torque the nut down. IIRC, I had to remove these each time I needed to do brake work, and it's easy to lose the parts if you're not careful. Plus you need to check each time with a feeler gauge to make sure there is enough clearance. Just wasn't worth the headache, at least for me; others may have a different opinion.

Thanks for the info. I don’t think that would be an issue for me since I’ve only had to change the pads once in 3 years

Caliper covers make the car look cheap to me...Honda ish... and that is no shade to hondas. I own an accord sport, but caliper covers don't belong on this car. Just paint the stock fronts and be done or grab the F calipers for a poor man's BBK that will be solid and look really nice.
