Default How do I turn off the map in the main screen?

I've done this once before and it infuriated me. I usually leave the Main and Secondary screens in Media mode so I can see what is playing on my iPod. Today, I hit the Map/Voice button and of course the map came up in the Main Screen. I've gone into every menu and pushed every button (and read the owner's manual) and can't get the Main Screen to stay on Media. It keeps defaulting back to the map. I honestly can't remember how I changed it back the last time because it was a couple of months ago.

Is there an easy way or an icon I click on to go back to Media and stay there? Thanks for any input!

You need to turn "auto screen change" to off. After you use the map and you want to go back to the iPod on the main screen use the menu button and choose media.

Go to Setup > General and scroll down to "Auto Screen Change" (second screen down)
