The engine shoudl be fine if your still driving it and not noticing any noises and it didnt hydrolock in the pond. The electrical is protected enough from water that getting wet will not hurt anything, water splashes the underside of the engine all the time.

As hot as it is under the hood of a modern car, I wouldn't be at all worried. The water was dried out of everything in just a few minutes. As long as it was not saltwater, you will have no problems.

If water had got into the intake, the engine would have hydraulic ed and then you would have major problems. Bent rods etc.
