I do not have the ML system and am trying to play a DVD. It's saying that no video just audio is avail. I thought you press the park and stick a DVD in. Am I missing something?

I thought that's how it's done as well. Unless the engine has to be off as well...Then again I wouldn't know, I don't have the car in my possession yet lol.

I am thinking about getting a module for it, but that's another $399 to bypass the DVD safety thing, and labor.

I thought that too but it only plays audio even with the engine off and parking brake on. Still no video. Am I doing something wrong?

Mine works, but i can't seem to get it full screen? Like the whole 12 inches

I don't think that's possible unless you find some sort of bypass. It may be a 12in screen, but Lexus programmed it in a way to make the right side (4in or so) to be the control interface (radio, climate, etc) It's one giant screen, but think of it as two separate screens.

you won't get the full screen,,, only 8" screen, the other 4 still shows interface.
