Just had RES+ installed ($850 + tax). The system works fine but the delay to execute a command is much longer than I expected (20-30 seconds). RES+ has its own GPS antenna mounted on a windshield which cannot get a signal in a covered parking lot (car parked with its back to a window) while navigation system and my phone can get GPS location. I think it also has its own temperature sensor as the temperature RES+ is reporting is slightly different from the one displayed in the car, don't understand why they didn't include in-cabin temperature sensor, it could be embedded into one of the RES+ antennas mounted on the windshield.
Having to enter 8-symbol mixed case password every time I use the app is really annoying, I think PIN code would be enough until you quit the app. First you have to enter password to get into the app, then a PIN to execute some commands.
The good thing is that RES+ includes regular key fob starter as well so if I'm in the line of sight of the vehicle, I can start it without a delay and if I'm away, a 30 sec delay is not a big deal. Considering the price difference between regular Lexus key fob starter and RES+ I think it's definitely worth it.
