4GS 2013 GS350 Personalized Settings list (attached)
Hey folks,
I was getting services today and asked him to turn off the "rear-shade auto down in reverse" and the "seat heater turning off after a period of time" settings. He shared a 4-page document that he said lists all the options that the dealer can turn off. Going through the list, some are options that we can control, and some of the options (seat heater) aren't listed either.
Regardless, I thought I'd share this with you guys. You might want to print it, check it off, and then give to your dealer.

Not a problem guys, glad to contribute!
Didn't test the seat heater and didn't ask either. It was a nice day today in Toronto
. It's interesting because when I brought up that the seat heater wasn't in the document, he said they probably can't change it. We know this to be false as others have successfully changed the setting.

So for all those out there that would like to disable it, for whatever reason, know this: it can be done by the dealer on their system that hooks up to the car with a laptop. Its in the warning category. Thanks.
