I ordered mine this spring and it took 3 1/2 months. Ordered all the above options and a few others. Add the fact I was set on a color combination made a locate impossible. My advice is order and get exactly what you want. I didn't get a great deal but got it for 3k off of MSRP. That was spring and even on an order you should do better now.
