There's no such thing as a "going lease". It all depends on what you can negotiate off the price and off the money factor.

I would say with zero down, and everything wrapped in $795 a month on a $60k sticker GS is not great. Mine was $60k, and I was at $700 with nothing down.

Never negotiate a lease based on the payment. Get the price as low as you can, the money factor as low as you can, the residual as high as you can (this is pretty much set) and the low payment will come from that.

- What is your cash price?
- What is your money factor?
- What is your residual?
- What is your lease acquisition fee?

Are you doing a down payment or Multiple Security Deposits?

Money Factor is basically the interest rate on your lease.

Ok. Gs. 350 fsport msrp 60,892.00. Using loyalty cert brings to price of 57,486.00
Payment per month $ 777.00. Nothing down. 36 months Lexus picks up first payment

Thoughts .?

- What are your exact options on your proposed vehicle?
- What is the invoice price?
- What is your money factor?
- What is your residual?
- What is your lease acquisition fee that was bundled in?

What are the exact specs of your vehicle?

I built a 4GS F Sport at $59.5k MSRP, $55.3k Invoice.

Good price would be $55.3k invoice less loyalty certificate, so cash price would be less than $55.3k

Based upon your slightly higher MSRP and much higher cash price, the deal is very poor.

Cash price is too high. Invoice is $56.2k. Aim for cash price of $56.2 BEFORE loyalty credit.

Money Factor is excellent.

Residual is okay. Probably fixed, so no need to further negotiate.
