Sorry I dissapeared on you.

.0007 is a great money factor, thats what I got. Residual is set. What you need to do is get that offer price down. FaiFai's target of about $54.8k after the rebates is about where you need to be.

That should bring the payment down...

And yes mine is $.25 a mile if you go over the lease. You can always build more miles in, but they can always trade you out 6 months ahead of time like they did me and then the mileage doesnt matter.

Why did you use a down payment?

Would you put $4k down payment to reduce rent on your apartment?

What part of CA are you in?

What is your cash price?

Invoice is ~$48.9k. Aim for invoice as your cash price.

Yep, and the residuals and money factors from LFS are re-released every month.

If you put a deposit down for it in December they should be able to honor it I would think.

How big I'd the difference?

Well, I feel much better about my lease now. Got a '13 F-Sport with Mark Levinson (Sticker was $60,200+accessory package bringing the total to $60,518). Terms of the deal was true zero down, payments of $596.06/month for 36 months, 15,000 miles a year. Money factor was .0007 and I think selling price was around $53,700. Residual was 57% if I'm not mistaken. Literally picked mine up on Dec. 31, 2012.
