Default 18 split nine spoke silver...

Is it just me that thinks those wheels don't integrate well with the aesthetics of the car?

i didn't like the wheels when i saw them, however everytime i did see them they grew on me. they don't look terrible . if you look at them you'll see that they do mesh well with the aesthetics of the car that it's intended for. i couldn't see them on an F-Sport, but on a Luxury model IMO it fits. it's one of those i can take it or leave it type of wheels.

I didn't care much for it initially, but now it has grown on me.

If you search around on this forum, BNLexus has some nice pics of his car with those wheels, and looking at them, I agree with Syd that "they do mesh well with the aesthetics of the car that it's intended for".

I'm not a fan myself. I prefer the premium pkg wheel.

I posted a close-up my wheel yesterday after repair. Here is a view of the entire 4GS with those wheels instead of the closeup on the wheel. I think it fits with the Luxury but not the F Sport. But then again I am biased.

Thanks! I'm glad to know that my pictures are worth to some. An idea just came up my mind the other day. I'll find time to take this shot in a few days. I hope to bring out the the beauty of flaxen on black.

Interesting enough I didn't care much either. It does not stand out but does not bother me either. I was attracted to the F Sport exterior look but chose luxury over due to wood trim and flaxen. It has definitely grown on me because I have spent more time cleaning them.

Here are two pictures that I think bring out the wheels well in different angles. I have another one but I "spinned" the wheels already.

Had them switch them for the premiums.

So glad I did!

I never cared for them. Changed to F-Sport wheels when I took delivery.

I think they are well-suited for the Luxury model and look nice.

I asked the dealer to swap to lux shells for the premium but they wouldn't . They said those wheels are part of oem equipment and they couldn't switch them out from another new car. The lux wheel have grown on me. I hope I feel the Sam when I pick up the car this week

Hi. Just a quick question for you. You said you originally considered a lux model but switched to the Fsport when you saw the Cabernet interior, which is very nice BTW. But did you like the lux model when you drove it? I'm getting the luxury model later this week but know after reading everything on here I'm starting to doubt my choice (deep sea mica with flaxen). Thanks

Honestly, one of the main reasons I got the f sport was because the wheels on the LUX were just too dated looking
