Congrats! I had a feeling you wouldn't be too far behind
I think you will find that as you drive it, while it isn't as softly sprung as the ES obviously, it makes up for it in the fact that the suspension is much more controlled which translates to a flatter, more vaultlike ride.
Make sure your tires are aired no more than 33 PSI...
Ive been in FL for a week, and can't wait to drive my new GS tomorrow. Never had that feeling about the ES.

Yes Steve, you did get me going with your getting one.
I looked at the 5 Series and A6.Both very nice but not worth the extra coin to me.Audi leases are high.Tough for me to get away from Lexus.
The GS of course doesn't have the pillow ride of the ES but is very acceptable. Not to firm, very nice.Love the handling!
The only design thing I'm not a big fan of is the integrated Exhaust ports.Way too big but other than that,I love it.Some road noise on the highway with the Dunlops but the nice sounding radio drowns that out easily. The interior is amazing and no hints of cost cutting.
Getting the windows done with some light tint next week.Going 50% like I did on the ES.

Yeah its a shame you got stuck with the Dunlops...
Its hard for me too to get away from Lexus, everything else just feels...wrong. The Lexus is always a good package that appeals to me
I like the integrated exhaust tips personally. They are big thats true. I'm also considering tint this time. I always think about it but never do it...you'll have to post pics when you get yours done.

Early, you could barely get $500 off sicker here.
I like tint on white and silver. My ES was silver with the black pano and the light 50% tint worked well,IMO.Just enough.
