Congrats on the new car! Starfire/Black, my favorite color combo. I love the Starfire Pearl.

How was your dealership experience?

Thanks,Bob.
My favorite combo too with silver/black next.
Dealership experience was fine as I've bought a few Lexus vehicles from them.My daughter and son in law have bought a few from the dealer also.

Congrats, great colour combo! Your exact configuration was my original/first choice. It's beautiful with a perfect mix of sport and classy. Well done and enjoy your ride1

Nice pics Joe. Even on a cloudy day you can make out some of pearl in the paint.

Thanks guys,I'm really enjoying the car.

Ride quality isn't like the ES I had but very nice.Tight steering and nice handling.Interior quality is amazing.Plenty of nice features the ES doesn't offer too.Even the little door ambient lighting is very nice.
I was very surprised with the sound system quality.I expected much worse sound considering I had ML in my ES but I am pleasant surprised how the good the premium sound is.Much better than premium sound in my past Lexus vehicles.

So far the only complaint I have is the page numbers in the sound system.I listen to XM only.Unlike the ES where I can just scroll the same 6 stations going up and down those 6 stations set without going to another 6 settings automatically on page 2.The GS goes to page 2,page 3 etc.
It doesn't stay on the same page when when you scroll the 6 set stations.Minor gripe,If say you're on the 6th station on page one.If you go down after set channel 6 instead of up,you get to page two.Might even go to page 6 from page 1 the other way.Not the case the my ES NAV/radio.I don't think there's a way to stay on page one.

Oh and the 18" wheels are a pain in the **** to wash and detail.

The best way to view the preset presentation on the GS is to assume you have one list of 36 presets. I think it's an odd set up as well.

I believe you can mix and match AM,FM,Sat channels too.
