In the metro Chicago area, and I get in the 19-20mpg range. I drive in Normal a majority of the time. Have a 70 mile round trip commute to work but do it off hours so the stop and go is minimal. I'm on the highway for about 15 minutes top during the commute as well. I was getting about 16-17 mpg with my GX-460, so, not all that thrilled with the mileage. That was until I saw what some of you guys are getting...

Been averaging about 21-22mpg in mixed driving 40 city/60hwy.
I've been tracking with Fuelly and it seems about average. Most 2013 gs350 drivers are in the 19-23 range on Fuelly.

wait, can someone clarify what is meant by "after refueling?"
Does that number not signify the MPG you are getting currently, on this tank of gas? I am kinda confused about that. I'm probably just over complicating it.

The answer to your question is "Yes". There are 2 separate readings you can get via the button on the steering wheel. One that is automatically displayed is "Fuel Mileage After Refueling." It automatically resets every time you put gas in the car. The other reading is a fuel mileage reading that is re-settable by the user. This reading will not change after refueling.

Highway MPG is excellent.. Gets the stated 28 MPG easily
City mpg..this is where I like hybrids.. It's dismal to me, 17-19 .. Avg on the car always seems to be around 18-20... We do miss some hybrid aspects like the quiet and electric power and MPG gain..
So far though its a non issue, don't really care... Just wish a 450h F-sport was offered here

My city mileage has dropped significantly since winter came. On my current tank I'm at 15.8mpg with 100% city driving. I live in dumbville, though, and there is a signal light or stop sign every 100 feet. I know the car is capable of better mileage, I think the winter additives (or lack thereof) are lowering my gas mileage.

I noticed that my MPG dropped from an average 22 down to around 20 with the winter formulation in CA. Even with trying to drive in ECO mode on the freeway only that is the best I get. I was able to get up to 25 in ECO during the summer. Most of the time around town I keep it in sport mode.

I get 13mpg in regular driving... city and traffic, but 13mpg is ridiculous. I do have a heavy foot, but nothing crazy.

No one here seems to believe me, but I get very good mileage on my RWD F-Sport. Over eight months, with essentially all in town, city driving, I have averaged 24 mpg according to the computer, with my best mileage of 26.5 mpg, all in city on a single tank, measured by gallons purchased divided by miles traveled. I have been on the highway once, a trip of about 225 miles to Phoenix and back. I live in Tucson, not a massive metropolis, but a city without a highway system. All my driving is stop and go. It is not New York City driving, but there are plenty of traffic lights. I usually drive in the Sport + setting because I like the firmer suspension setting. Let the flames begin!
