What kind of Gas Mileage are you getting?

We're amazing?!?! Why is it that you are the only person on this forum getting even close to your MPG figures, which are 40% higher than even the manufacturer of the vehicle says is possible?
The only thing thats amazing is that we continue to let you troll us.
My GS goes 0-60 in 3 seconds. I calculated it myself...

Simplest way to calculate your MPG is:
1. Fill your tank of gas (let the pump nozzle auto shut-off)
2. Set the distance travel counter to zero, keep a record of distance travel on the new tank
3. Drive until empty
4. Return to the same gas station, use the same pump as possible.
5. Refill you tank of gas (let the pump nozzle auto shut-off), keep a record of how much gallons to refill
6. Calculate Miles travelled on initial tank over Gallons to refill (MPG)
This method is much more accurate (not 100%) than using the car's dash to calculate. It will take in to account, all the idling, stop-n-go traffic, up/downhill driving, etc. Majority of the time MPG will be less than whats posted by manufacturers.
Manufacturers calculate MPG on a controlled environment (their own testing track/facility), perfectly levelled roads, no traffic, at a specific temperature, dry weather conditions, maybe a driver that has less weight, features off (A/C, radio, nav screen, etc), & a host of other controlled scenarios.
Filling a tank of gas at the top of a hill & driving downhill a short distance can get you some extremely impressive MPG, but that is not real world.

You said in another thread you got 26.5 MPG 100% city in Sport+ mode. Now it's 25.5 all city.
You're all alone with your mileage claim.Nobody is even close to those numbers.Even Lexus engineers are way off with their MPG number of 19 city and we're amazing?

Reminds me of the stories of walking to school, barefoot, in the snow, uphill...both directions.
I'm getting a whopping 16MPG....city. Highway has never been better than 20-22MPG. So yeah, I find it very hard to believe you're getting 140 more miles per tank than me. That's asinine.

Inaccurate figures here.. Is it 26.5 or 25.5 or 24.8 or is it 14.8 really?

In my biggest V8 (my GS430) at worst i've never seen it go below 17 city and 22 hwy. I remember the last time i moved, i had my car loaded up w/ trunk heavy (boxes), back seat load with clothes and gear, every possible spot fill except the drivers seat, I never got below 22 mpg hwy.. but I avg 24-25 mpg on the hwy with just me in the car (that's why i originally comment - "You guys might as well be driving V8's".. LOL
I would love to have new GS350 F-Sport with similar power and a lil better performance but the whole point in getting a newer car is to have similar performance and getting better gas mileage, if the new GS350 gas mileage is getting worse MPG than my biggest V8 (on its worst day) than, its a NO-GO on a new GS. (until they fix this)
Another thing, I have a 2011 IS350 and i'm easily pulling 28-29 mpg Hwy but its a lil lighter car (3527 lbs) vs 4GS's (3795 lbs) but only 268 lbs difference can cause that much difference in MPG? (Of course, I'm not factoring in Gearing and Axle ratios neither) Theoretically, Lexus estimates the 4GS GS350 should be able to do 28 mpg hwy just like the IS350, i wonder whats the issue, does it need an update-re-tune on fuel management software.. Curious to know what gives..??
