Just as good as the image you sent me. I don't like taking pictures under the sun. IMO everything looks much nicer when the sun is not up. I can tell you were anxious to take the pictures. Is that that bucket I'm seeing? I'm happy for you man.

Bee-yoo-ti-ful! Thanks for sharing...

That thing is so reflective, you'll have to either take it to a place where fences and power lines won't show before you take more pics, or alternately, hire BN to do a proper photoshoot for you!

lol... OC 2.0 when dried feels tacky and is not as glossy, but it's permanent which is a plus IMO. i have family all over BK, you probably have seen me rolling slow through your neighborhood.

not sure if it looks that good... but it's damn close. yes i was sort of anxious to take pics. one reason is because it's colder than a witches tit outside. actually there's 2 buckets and 2 bags of MF towels, foam gun etc. thanx BN, i like the results, although my major concern is the durability. the shine is a bonus.

i have to figure out a good spot to take proper pics. BN, photo shoot, shiny black car... sounds like a plan.

Bummer, dude.

That's one reason I'm lucky to have a heated garage. I put a gas heater in 4 years ago when I was a cigar smoker. The garage was my man-cave back then. Had a large TV, place to sit, even an easel to work on my oil paintings. I quit smoking them in 2010.

The guy at the cigar shop was shocked that I quit smoking...he said: "What? You quit? Come on! I've known you for a long time...you've never come off as a 'quitter.' You ain't no quitter!"

Yes, I guess I am.

I dismantled the man-cave, but the heater still comes in handy when I detail my GS!

I feel your pain, Syd. Spending two hours in this cold and all just got washed away. I could see how much care you put in by looking at the pavement. On the bright side, this is a test for the 22PLE, right? Let us know how it's compared to HB. My car has been dirty for a few days now due to the rain and it's been cold too. Forecast says sun shine next five days so I may try to wash her today if it's not cold when I get home.

Yep, the first thing I look at when I need to wash my car is the weather forecast. If snow/ice/rain is in the forecast within 36-48 hours, I'll wait until after that passes through. Forecast looks dry for the next 10 days, but I need to wash it before Sunday...temps aren't getting out of the teens early next week. I hate winter.

yeah it sux V...a heated garage is a beautiful thing (we all need man-caves). my garage is full of chairs and tables being reupholstered and stained so i couldn't put the car in the garage. if quitting a habit that is detrimental to your health makes you a quitter... then you need a round of applause. i wish i had your will power, i've been trying to quit for years.

Detailers Domain : 55 Oak ST. Norwood NJ. he will charge depending on how bad your paint is. he would have to see your car in order to discuss price. if you need correction and apply 22PLE as your LSP then i'd say $850... again depending on how bad your paint is.

yes BN, this is the testing stage for 22PLE. took my 6 year old to the ER lastnight and was there until 5:00am. it was sleeting. the hydrophobic properties IMO are amazing, it's still raining. overall i'm impressed so far.

DITTO... i can't stand the winter. i have someplace to be saturday so maybe i'll wash her again, trying not to wash to much... the more you wash the better the chances of you introducing scratches and swirls. stay warm J...
