Went to the dealership today to see if they could raise my lights as high as possible, and also fix the rattle from the license plate when slamming the trunk. They were moving a LS F-Sport in the show room and man that thing is so sick, but does anybody know what LED's they used in the front cause they were so bright, brighter than our GS's and it had LED reverse lights, wonder why we didn't get that. I love the front bumper it looks so sick and classy all at the same time. Here are some pics of it.

 

I'm facing the dilemma now. To switch or not to switch?

The front LED is one big piece isnt it? you can see it in the new LS videos, it's just one solid checkmark, a lot nicer than the multiple LED's imo. I'm sure they will use it in other line ups as well soon.

 

yes the DRLs are one light strip not multiple like the GS. you guys should check out the DRLs on the 2014 IS, that car is nice. i too was thinking about the 2013 LS in SP. the GM keeps sending me pictures of it because he knows i want that car. do i need it... no, do i want it ... HELL YEAH. the LS F Sport bb06 posted above is 88/89K.

 

^ I was just going to ask if you pulled the trigger yet Its been something I have considered since I already had the GS and IS.

 

i am so close... i'm going to make my decision btwn now and the 16 of this month. the only obstacle i'm facing is that the LS F Sport interior only comes in black.

 

You should that thing would be sick in the drive way. I love the way the front looks and the interior looks amazing.

I'm surprised the interior only comes in black on the F Sport. You'd think it would at least come in Flaxen since the LS already comes in Flaxen.

I can tell you the standard LS looks awesome with the flaxen and the Shimikukou or whatever wood.

Your GS is so 100% perfect though! Hard to part with that. Plus we're a much more fun bunch than the LS crowd

 

Syd, don’t you think you should at least wait until your 10 coats of HB and two coats of 22PLE have dried before you change the car….

 

lol... actually it was 6 coats of HB which are gone now, replaced by 2 coats of 22PLE... but you do make a valid point.

 

I made the mistake of going into the dealer one afternoon to tweak a minor rattle in my Liquid platinum GS F-Sport and saw a similar LS F-Sport and made the further mistake of test driving it as well. Left that night with the LS F-Sport.





I know I took a hit on the trade, but really love the drive. The LED headlights are really fancy and very bright



Have driven the car for a month, it really has a Split personality. The ML stereo is just fantastic.
