I know others have tapped the parking light wire from the engine bay for their fog install. But I would like to tap this wire from inside the car (for extra protection of exposed wires from the element).

Does anyone know where it is? Preferably on the driver side of the car maybe near the fuse box. Thanks in advance.

That seems like a logical place to me. I have done the exact same thing several years ago on one of our old vehicles. Sorry, cant help you with the proper location though.
