As i stated above, i would really like to order with all options installed at the factory.

I'm not exaggerating, the brand new GS i saw had spider webbing all over it. Someone must have dropped the towel on the floor and then went to town on the paint.

I will be requesting to leave the car wrapped in plastic. I want that "ooo ahhh" feeling when i remove it
HUD is only factory you cant add it at the dealer, the only thing you can do is add a spoiler, paint film and maybe remote start etc at the dealership.

You asked earlier if anyone had remote start. I saw a thread the other day saying that the car would start remotely but would turn off again once you get inside. You might want to do a search before going for it. Here you go...

I wouldn't buy the remote engine start if I were to have the choice once again. It's a fairly poor accessory-style add-on with no integration with the vehicle beyond simulating a push of the start button.

I've read the range is pretty bad too.
I still wouldn't mind having it.

If it is true it cuts off when you get in ,
forget it. Otherwise, I gotta
have it.

Never liked the engine off when unlocking but it's a Toyota thing.Probably for liability reasons just like the NAV lock out while in motion.

The range is awful. RES systems typically have an extended range, the one installed in the GS does not. It uses the standard key-less remote. You don't even get a dedicated start button. Instead you must push the lock button twice quickly then hold it for over three seconds to start the vehicle.

I had it in a '10 RX350 but never had a problem because the driveway was close to the kitchen where the key fob would hang and I'd start her.
Another problem, though minor, is the key fob battery has to be changed more often.
Still wouldn't mind having the feature but my GS didn't come through with it.

I'm also curious to know if anyone has tried this...

GS will be the third Lexus I have owned wih factory remote start, Never bothered me that the car shuts off when doors are opened I just start it again and go. Distance has never been an issue either I have never been unable to start the car because it was too far. I like the neatness of not having multiple remotes to start the car and I dont care that there isnt a dedicated button. It does what its supposed to do start the car so it can warm up or cool off. I guess im just not that pickey. Was a no brainer for me when I special ordered my GS

This is how a remote start system should work.

This is how a Toyota remote start system works.

UPDATE:
I finally found a sales rep that is knowledgeable on the options, and I'm close to ordering.
MSRP is $53,545.00, and he's able to offer me $2500 off to bring it down to $51,045.00. According to Edmunds, the TMV is 50,851.00

I may or may not receive loyalty discounts depending on the month the car arrives.

Shall I hit him back with a lower price? if so, how much lower? To me, a hundred bucks is a hundred bucks, so I'd like the best deal.... just like everyone else!
