How do you remove front grill
#3
I don’t know about the top section, but replacing the bottom section does not require you to remove the bumper. I had mine replaced and for some reason they left the old one in the boot, it looks like it just clips on.

The custom grill place (I forget which one - there was a post on it here) has killer instructions with pictures showing EXACTLY how to replace stock with their custom unit (both upper and lower). You could try to search for it here or start googling. Good luck.
Update: Oops - I think that was for an ES350. But maybe they have ones for GS's too. I didn't check at the time.

Found the site I remembered and they do have some instructions that may be helpful to you. Try the following link, download the installation instructions, and see if they help. Good luck.
