This brings up a good question. How do you guys have your two screens set up? I personally leave Media on the big screen all the time and climate on the right smaller screen all the time. This setup seems to be the most efficient setup for me.
Obviously if I am using the nav which is rare I have the map on the big screen.

That's how I've had mine also. Since its been a little cooler recently I've had fuel consumption up on the right just to track how bad my gas mileage really is lol.

my situation is that it is colder in the morning and then in the afternoon, i would like to turn the a/c back on for a bit easily.
Doesn't the AUTO button do the trick for you?
Oh well, am I the only one that keeps it ON all the time and gets the blame for bad mileage?

got you... press auto button (above the off button) once to engage the A/C, to turn off you hit the same auto button twice, but i think it also alters your circ. mode. i've figured out a couple of ways to operate the A/C. i don't do manuals... i'd rather buy a novel and read it.

Both of my screens are always on Media unless I have the nav on, which reminds me... I need to change that!

Press "Auto" (For Fan)

Go into Climate, Disable "A/C"

Set to Circulate or Recirculate for "A/C off" and set to "Auto Circulate/Recirculate" for "A/C On"

I don't think this works for me: need to test it again, but when I turned off the AC system, and then hit the fan button to start circulation, it turned the AC back on again.

i think people are getting confused with a/c vs fan functions. the auto button seems to turn the fan back on. if you previously had the a/c on, it will turn that on too.

what i wanted to do was have the fan on the whole time but quickly turn on/off the a/c.
