jz curious, since the size of brembo rear rotor is the same as stock front, would the brembo rotor can replace stock front rotor with out upgrade to brembo calipers ( both are the same size the two pieces ) ?

i would like to have drills rotors on my 4GS with stock calipers .

It would depend on where the rotor sits. The height of the hat will determine if it's interchangeable or not. But good question though. I'd like to know if the front rotor is the same as the Brembo rear rotors too. I'm not going this route but -just out of curiosity.

I think it should work. I'm sure in the future Brembo, Endless,Project Mu, etc will make a aftermarket rotor. sorry to ask but why do you want drill? Drilled are not really good unless your just using it for looks, but as in performance value it does not help with anything. It will give more stress to the rotor. I would go with slotted, but still that is not good also but its less stress on the rotor.
