When we lease makes this auto group doesn't have I always negotiate the MF and check on the residual etc but in this case i didnt bother as we are always offered the buy in rate for the money factor...the residual should be on bmwusa special offers. We locked in the rates for Feb but the dealer will allow us any difference if they changed for March (this is not customary but due to my relationship with the GM, the # of cars we buy and many clients I refer to them, they make very special exceptions for us).

Incentives are better, our terms improved from Feb and we leased the GSF today, we were able to go 27 vs 36 mos for just $4.00 more per mo and even got maint contract included!
Will post a sperate thread with pics tomorrow. She drove the 535 M Sport and then the GSF almost back to back....she chose the G

We bought our GS from Lexus of Pembrooke Pines last year. This deal is quite stunning compared to last when it was brand new!!

Thanks gents
Car Produced Jan 2013
Liq Plat/Cab (she luved it)
F Sport
HDD Nav
Blind Spot
Park Asst
Trunk Mat, Cargo Net, Bumper App and Wheel Locks
And her car had Bridgestones.
MSRP $56,888.00
We ended up paying $579 for 27 mos with 6% tax incl'd, 15k miles per yr, $2000 out of pocket plus $5400.00 refundable MSD. Our last mos pymmt on her IS was covered via the new pull forward program.
Her car had a 10" crease in the driver's side lower rear door that would not have been covered by the normal wear/tear so the dlr agreed to take care of that...guessing it's about a $600 retail repair so their cost would be prob be about half. I think we could have gotten another $500-$1000 off but we were so happy we held off on the Feb deals waiting for March, we just let it go plus I was very wiped out and in pain.
The deal included a full 2 yrs 30k miles in mait. We did just notice the dealer checked the wrong box on the maint plan for 2yrs/25,000 miles vs. 2yrs/30,000 (our lease is 15k per yr) and we will have it corrected tomorrow hoping it was an innocent error; if they intentionally did this we will return the vehicle immediately and cancel the entire lease contract as we were assured it would cover both the 15k and 30k services (plus oil changes, tire rotation etc). The plan is good at their dlrship and a list of other qualified service centers but it's not the official Lexus nationwide prepaid plan, the biz mgr told us that the pre-paid national Lexus maint plan is no longer available...we're very suspicious now, as I just saw it offered on lexus financial.com!! Dealer is JM Lexus in S FL.
I will post back later today with the resolution the dlr JM Lexus offers us to rectify this most unpleasant situation.
Thoughts are most welcome.

UPDATE
Met with the Sales Mgr today and he we now have the real Lexus Nationwide Premium Pre Paid Lux Maint for 24/30K (which includes the 30k service) for the same price as their Fidelity plan the biz mgr tried to stick us with. The difference was worth an additional $465.00 and they also sweetened up our lease deal a bit too for the trouble...in all we saved a total of just under $900.00 today.
If anyone wants a '13 at very darn near Dec to Rem levels now's the time.
I'll post some pics in new thread.
