Thanks, I'm thinking its gotta be a balance issue as flat spotting would be everyday after sitting overnight etc?
She told me on the way home it was super smooth after it sat for 9 hours at her office.
Do you have Bstones or Dlops?

I have the Michelins, and mines a luxury not an F-Sport. Very strange, I almost feel like its something in the drivetrain more than balance with the wheels, balance wouldn't come and go, and the frequency is faster than it is with a balance issue or flatspotting...its almost like a roughness or vibration. Engine speed doesnt seem to make a difference. Very rarely happens too.
I scheduled the 5k for tomorrow morning. I will bring it up and let you know what they say...

That would really suck. Her car was fresh off the truck, right from the port only spending a few days there and just produced so its not like it was sitting around for months and months to develop flat spots. We were also so happy to get the Bstones because I had them on my old 997S and she did on her IS with 0 issues.

I really don't think what you are describing is flatspotting, I have had issues with Bridgetsone tires flatspotting before though...those specific Bridgestones actually,

Yep, same as on mine, its in the chassis not the wheel. I'm going to make sure they balance everything when they rotate the tires but I don't think its tires.
Also, in regards to my previous post about Flatspotting and Brisgestone tires, I looked at your pics again, and the flatspotting issue I had was with different Bridgestones. You have Potenzas, my issue was with the Turanza EL400.
My Bridgestone issues would smooth out...but after it sat it would happen again.

Glad to hear about the Bstones.
Careful to tell them not to scratch your rims with the impact wrench tool..I always have them do it manually with a rubber coated socket then trq wrench.
Hmmm....Maybe they can conatct lexus through tech support and see if they know of the issue and cause is if turns out not to be the tires. ? Hope all is smooth soon.

Interesting thing on tires and intermittent vibrations and how the tires can temporarily cancel them out...internet is amazing

One thing you can do to see if it's drivetrain induced, when you're at speed and feel it shift into neutral let the rpms drop to idle speed and see if it goes away, just make sure you do it quickly enough to maintain the speed you were going.
