I haven't checked but I don't think the incentives are that good this month and haven't seen anything like that in ads....at least in the NYC metro area.
Here's one I found with my first search in your area http://www.lexusofmassapequa.com/NY-...ce-Sales-Event You should be able to do better than the regional deal as it can be obtained at any lexus dealer in you region so you can pit one against the other and have them offer you more.

Not bad at all.I just checked and a local dealer has a $559 deal with first payment on them..

Add another $75-$100 for the luxury pkg if the money rate is the same with that pkg.
I got mine in Dec with the $1500 loyalty and first payment incentives and invoice pricing.

It's never $0 down.

"Price excludes taxes, motor vehicle, bank fee, dealer documentary fee"

You could probably get one with lux for just about that same deal if you haggle a bit and they have lots of them that have been sitting on their lot.

A $59.4K list GS like mine for under $650 a month,36 months,12K miles $0 down is a very good deal.Even at 10K miles per.

I'm sure there were better ways to handle it, but everybody's human. People just automatically place all the blame on the dealership, and my experiences show me a different reality.

We got our GSFS ($56,888) with the command event for 27mo/15k miles with $2000 ttl out of pocket for $575 w/tax incld. That's with MSD's of $5175 (w/o MSD's it would be $67 more or $642 w/tax incld, the choice was ours). They aslo threw in 24mo/30k Lexus Factory Pre-paid Prf'd maint ($895.00) for free and ate a $400 12' crease in her rear door.

I think we could have even done better but the deal was so far superior compd to Feb and the Fsport just rolled off the truck was good enough for us. Remember the 0 down is exclusive of dealer fees, reg, tax etc according to the fine print, but if the dealer is hungry enough they will eat that too for a true sign and drive.

The money factor was very, very low, they told me at the time and I don't remember the exact # now, but I do remember there was an extra 0 after the decimal point once the MSD's were also factored in...residual was whatever Lex financial set for 27/15. I think there was probably another 1500-2000 more fat on the bone but when they give you the buy in rate for the MF plus allow MSD's then that exceeds the value of a bigger discount most of the time. It's truly a great time to lease a GS and I'm so glad we waited.

Yeah thats how I felt about the December to Remember deal that I got. I had almost leased a new ES about 3 months prior...and now I'm driving a GS for $30 a month LESS than what the ES would have cost me at the time.
