I've got a '13 GS350 F Sport coming and I'm having them put Michellin Pilot Super Sport tires on the vehicle. Below are what it comes with first and what size I'd like to put on it instead. Will this work?
Front
Stock - 235/40/19 96
What I'd like - 245/40/19 98
Rear
Stock. - 265/35/19 98
What I'd like - 275/35/19 100
I'm assuming this will net a little wider and slightly taller tire, but it's also stiffer and I like the tire extending a bit beyond the rim. Will this work, thoughts?
I also am not wanting the rims scratched at all in the changeout process. Are dealers good at that or a trick I can instruct to be done so no damage is done. Last thing I want is a recipe for disaster in this ordeal.

That's should be fine. I have 245/40/19 michelin primacy tires. The ride is awesome.

Make sure you remind the dealer that the rear wheels are reverse mount and if they scratch them its on them!
They scratched one of my F-Sport Accessory wheels and they replaced it for free.

I'll be inspecting the car before I buy it and running my hands over the wheels to make sure they didn't gouge them. That the one thing of concern is the mounting and dismounting of tires. I don't understand how some places get the tires off without damaging anything. You have to pry the tire over the rim somehow. So, I guess we will see.
