Gold!

I did it myself, too. Took so long, the only way I got it done was having a couple of beers and a shot of tequila. I should have taken your advice above.

I successfully did it myself, but I know my neighbors must think I'm insane from the way I was screaming to myself for the first ten minutes lol.

5. Move the wiper switch down 1 position and Hold for 5 seconds or more
6. Release the wiper switch. The right turn signal should flash 1 time
7. Place the intermittent wiper rotary switch in one of the following 4 positions

P1 - all the way down = 3 flashes
P2 - 1 up from the bottom = 5 flashes
P3 - 2 up from the bottom = 7'flashes
P4 - All the way up no flashes

8. Pull the turn signal switch down to the lane change position (not the turn
signal posilion) and release. The left turn signal should flash 2 - 4 times.
9. Turn the ignition OFF and then start the Car and test

Where does the Tequila come in to play?

I think I'll wait for my next service.

Ok thanks, now I gotta remember.

The process is fairly easy. You'll know you didn't do it correctly if your wipers make a pass on the windshield. I experimented with each available configuration.

How to lower the volume of the flasher unit? Didn't know it can be lowered... As i thought that is the sound coming from the flasher unit's relay contact ticking...

Whole process took less than all of 2mins for me and it only worked when I actually started the car. I had tried 2x sitting in the garage with just the power on and got to the final steps for the turn signal stalk and no dice. Repeated steps with the car on and that did it!
