Lightbulb Should I or Should I Not!

So my question is should I black out my roof or should I leave it as is. I had this done on my 3Gen but for some reason this car has a different look and I can't decide, whether to black vinyl the roof or not.

Always thought it looked awful. Still can't understand the whole matte paint finish that people actually pay money to create. $0.02

At the end of the day its a matter of preference. Everyone's taste is different but I would have to say pass. I do not think it really adds value to the beauty of the car. Your car looks silver in your signature, I've mostly seen it done on white cars. I think somewhere in here there is a silver GS in fl which recently did it, not 100% sure. Anyhow NO GO.

It is a matter of preference. If you like it then do it. I did mine (SFP), wrapped in black gloss so it looks like a giant sunroof. I'm happy with it.

why dont you wrap it and see how it looks. If you like it then get it painted later on, if not you can always go back to stock. I too am contemplating on whether I want to do this or not along with the front bumper.

Great thing about the wrap is it's not permanent. You can take it off at any time, and will probably take it off in 3-5 years anyway (if you plan to keep the car that long) due to fading. Totally reversible.

Yeah not planning on painting thinking about wrapping, paint is out of the question. For some reason the shape of this car begs me to leave it alone!

But, it is your preference. If you're going to do it, I would wrap rather than paint.

I don't like it on this car because the windshield and the rear window don't line up perfectly with the roof between the rain gutters. The windshield is a little wider because of the black trim on either side, and the rear window is about 2 inches wider than that roof section.

It only looks right when theres a straight line all the way down to the base of those windows IMHO.
