There are no test mules running around with the camouflage, so my guess is '14 models will not look any different. I think they'll do a major facelift / update to GS line in 2014.

 

the gs just came out people, already wondering if there will be a facelift? come on. lol.

 

Remember Lexus has said they want to stretch the amount of time between facelifts...

 

Any info about the release yet? I'm looking to buy this car November. Price is not an issue but lexus must upgrade 3 things for this car:

1. LFA Gauge
2. LFA Wheels with Red Calipers (CLA45 already has it why not GS)
3. Engine 350+ HP with 300+ lb-ft torque at 0-60 around 5 seconds

1. Don't see that happening
2. GS already has the widest wheels of any Lexus. You can paint your calipers (the CLA 45 has a BBK like the F-sport and a painted puny rear brake)
3. Not happening unless you want the GS 450h.

 

There are a couple of threads with speculation about changes to the 14MY 4GS. This is the first external source that claims to know, but as many of us pointed out, it's uncorroborated with no attribution:

If it's true, the biggest news is an 8 speed transmission on RWD models (probably same one that's in the 14 IS), which many have been expecting. Also a power trunk and LED headlights as options.

I feel those are worthwhile upgrades.
