There is only one part# on the outside of carton and that's the picture I posted.
Inside there is a wiring harness bag with part# 08596-30130 on it.

Mostly....
I installed a set on my 2008 IS350 and another set on a friends 2006 IS350
My plan was to one day retro fit the 2 IS JDM Kit into MY IS-F.. But the ones listed here for your 2013 GS should work perfectly on my 08 IS-F
