When turning the wheel while backing up the lines on the screen turn also to show your projected path. It's a pretty standard issue feature nowadays.

Other cheaper models have autobrake too when you back up too close. I think the ceap ford parks itself too. Not sure what Lexus is thinking or heading with the GS model.
