Default a/c not working on passenger side

Today was a hot day with an average of 24 deg celscius. I just noticed that my GS's a/c only cools on driver's side. No matter what I do (even I sit at the passenger's side), the a/c does not cool the passenger or the rear passenger side. Also, I find that the a/c for the GS is quite weak.

Do you think I need to bring the vehicle in this weekend to get it checked out? I am getting worried that there is something wrong with the a/c.

If you have the luxury model the s-flow might be engaged. It turns off the ac on the passenger side and in the back when they are not occupied. There is a button in the dash that shows two seats and an x I believe. If you find that the ac is weak to you I'd probably take it in. The ac is extremely effective for me.

Thanks... I don't think it is the s-flow. I have tried everything, including being the passenger, turning down the temp to low, turning off auto, and the temp on the passenger's side is still warm.

if you have S flow engaged, it wouldn't show the temperature on the passenger side on the dash. Is air coming out of the vents?

Also check to see if the car is set for Eco as this turns down the A/C as well

So, I have also tried to turn the s flow off and engage to normal, temp to low and both zones but the passenger vents still blow out warm air in a hot day. Another strange thing is if I have the s flow on in a hot day, only the rear passenger's vent shuts down, the front passenger still blows warm air.

Could be but my car blows ice cold in eco mode both sides front and the back. I'd get it checked asap.

What did they end up doing? My rear AC doesnt work at all. The first time I took it in they said cause it was in auto mode. It kicked on when they took it off but now it doesnt work at all.

I have S-Flow in my F Sport and it only shuts off the A/C to the rear passengers. My front passenger AC still works with S-Flow engaged. Also, I live in TX where we are over 100 degrees and my AC cools great.

In the Luxe package, if you engage S-Flow, it will shut off the air to the front passenger seat if it is unoccupied, as well as the rear seats. I believe in the Premium and F-Sport models, S-Flow only shuts off air to the rear seats when engaged.
