So here is a before and after pic of my front bumper transformation, I'm getting the front emblem tinted with a lighter tint than I had before.

 

is it painted or vinyl?

This looks good on Silver and White. I saw two white ones with this mod and I thought they both look more bold. And yes, if you have an OB, wrapping the nose white would look funny IMO.

 

or maybe a gray color! I also saw a carbon fiber piece that goes there but those cost an arm and a leg.

BTW i didnt notice the fogs until now. Those look cool!

like the vinyl wrap... This should have come from the factory like this.. Makes the front end more aggressive and pronounced..

Yep, Milton area.

You need to look in your area for custom wrap shops. Down near you there should be more than where I'm at.

Yep totally agree this is basically what the the new LS looks like in the front.

The carbon fiber I think would look alright but I think your better sticking to an original color as the carbon fiber looks to fake.
