Lease 2013 GS350 Luxury Pkg

Hey folks. Need some quick help. What is the best money factor offered by LFS right now for a 2013 GS350 RWD with Luxury Pkg. Also, what is the residual for a GS350 RWD with Luxury Pkg with 15,000 miles. The MSRP on the car I'm looking at is around $58K, but I expect I should be around $50,000 with discounts and the $2500 lease bonus cash. Any other help is appreciated. I'm in Texas

The MSRP and Invoice is pretty much just a sample its off.. but the residual and retention rate is correct.

Thank you! What is the lowest I can buy the money factor down to with MSD's? Also, what is the residual for a ~36 month lease?

I actually drove a q50 today. Great looking car that was quite responsive and happy to rev. There's no comparison to the GS though. The deals suck too. The dealer was firm on $2,500 over MSRP.
