Hopefully that soon or even sooner. Where do I write to tell them the sooner they confirm the 2014 specs the sooner I will make a purchasing decision?

Dear Lexus: "Shut up and take my money!"

Default 2014 GS350 now available for order

My dealer called me and left a message this morning stating that they could now order me a 2014 model GS.

In the voicemail he also confirmed that I could get power folding mirrors and a power trunk on it as well.

Hopefully I'll be able to negotiate a price with some dealers this week and get one ordered.
I'm excited!

Sweet! I think I might have to start giving some dealers a call as well

Finally! It is exactly what was speculated. Only thing that I'm pleasantly happy with is the flush mounted parking sensors. I'm wondering why these weren't used from the beginning. But then that could be said about everything new for 2014 lol.

Seriously. While this is awesome, it can be seen as a big slap to the face of everybody who bought a 2013. You never expect such a significant change one year into the new body style. For those that leased it just sucks because you wish you had those features. For those that bought your car just took a significant depreciation hit.

I don't really care about the depreciation hit, but aside from that I don't see any of these changes "significant" enough to make me want to trade my current GS F Sport for a new one or to wish I'd waited. I've been enjoying my car (which is a great car) for 18 months already, so that is worth a lot. Yes, I would love to have the new features, but it's not worth the $15k or so I would lose trading on a new one. It's not like they're adding more power or torque.

New colors and aluminum trim that doesn't dent might make me think twice.

So aside from the 8-speed, what other new goodies are there? Tried slogging through the press release but it's hard to tell which one's new and which ones aren't old.

This is what I really wanted: AdvancedVoice command casual-language voice recognition system

Worked well on the IS I test drove before going with the GS.
