Isn't that the same thing for every car brand that isn't doing mid-cycle refresh or introducing a completely new generation?

Do too much and those who bought the car a year earlier complain that it brought down their resale value. Do too little and people complain that the new features are insignificant.

Sometimes I feel that people complain out of reflex action rather than having an actual beef.

Ha look again. I'm still deciding between the 3IS hybrid F-Sport or the 4GS hybrid F-Sport to replace my 2004 2nd Generation GS. You're mistaking me for someone who has a dog in the game.

The only certainty is this : it will be a Lexus that replaces my trusty 2004 GS300.

To those pissed because too much was added: There are going to be changes and new features every year. Just gotta accept that.

To those pissed because not much was done to the "old" GS. The GS was all new for 2013. You won't see a substantial upgrade until maybe 2016. A new model doesn't come out every year.
