New GS F-sport lease in Massachusetts
Sorry about another lease post but I figured I would give it a shot to make sure I am getting the best deal possible. I am currently dealing with Lexus of Northborough which could be my first error. Sometimes dealing with larger Lexus dealerships can be a bit more flexible. They tell me they are using a .0001 MF with $2500 cash back, $1000 off retail, and first months payment. With $2k down I get payments down to $685 a month. It seems that on this forum many are nailing sub $600 quite often. Any thoughts what I should do?

I am currently working on a lease too. MSRP $60,157. Dealer offered $4577.00 off MSRP before we have even begun negotiations. That does not include the $2500 factory incentive or the first lease month payment. Sounds like you got a terrible first offer to me.

The Discount on the car is definitely not in line with what everyone is getting.
however, your quoted MF is very low. We are looking at 0.0005 here in CA, and while it does varies from state to state, 0.0001 is a great number. However , based on your payment, I'm guessing its 0.001, not 0.0001.

This is a great tool to see how well you are doing on the lease:

How many miles and what is the term?
I just picked up a 56'300 awd gs for $599 sign and drive just 27 payments of $599.. I believe the fsport would have been $675 - $685 sign and drive 27 months based on 15k miles..
Keep in mind the deals are different in different regions people in Cali where getting fsports for what I paid for non fsport but I also guess awd vs rwd and all other factors..

Thanks for all the input. After more beating I finally got to $599 with 2k down on the f-sport. Dealer claims they are losing $1500... Which I think is a load of crap.

I love the garbage they feed on how upside down they are on deals. It just makes me think less of them when they say things like that. Just a ploy to make you feel good about getting what they want you to believe is a fantastic deal.

I just leased a 2013 GS350 F Sport at MSRP of $57,800 for $525 per month Tax included with $2,400 total at lease signing, for 24 months and 10k per year. It could have been a bit lower for 36 months but wanted a short term. Now I'm going drop around 6k in mods.

I went with a 1 payment lease on my gs350 f sport. It was about 22,000 for 36 months, worked out to be right around 600 a month i believe. This was with all dealer fees and 15,000 miles a year included. Good luck

Cars are pretty pricey back East! In SoCal you can get an F-Sport for 0 out of pocket and around $550 per month. Mine had a msrp of $58,617 and the lease was for 36 months. All I do is Make 35 payments of $551 for a total expenditure of $19,285.
The only good deals on anything that you can get around here are cars. There are many dealers to choose from. Prices on everything else are crazy high.
