I even turned on the notification in the settings and I don't get the green yellow nor red lines along the highways anymore. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks in advance.

This just happened to me as well. I called XM and they sent a signal refresh that fixed the problem ... almost. Now I get traffic info again, but the traffic indicator no longer turns red when there's traffic on my route. Strange. The new symtom sounds like a Lexus problem, but I'm going to try the XM refresh again.
