I love my new Lexus, but WTF is up with these junk stock Bridgestones? The OTHER Luxury makers are using Michelins, when will Lexus wake up and STOP using these garbage tires?

My OEMs are Michelins. Its luck of the draw.
Bridgestone makes some very good tires. The tires you have aren't those unfortunately.

I've .earned before I ever take delivery of a car to negotiate the tires I want installed at time of delivery before ever accepting the vehicle. Like you, mine had bridgestones and I requested the Michelin pilot super sport tires. Quiet, comfortable, and they should wear well again as on past cars. Also ended up being cheaper than the oem tires.
If the dealer doesn't offer a trade in on the oem tires I simply have walked because auto manufacturers go with the best deal, not the best tires, despite what car salesman will tell you. Sometimes they are good tires though. Michelins haven't steered me wrong yet.

Bridgestone is a Japanese brand, so it makes sense to me. As stated above, Bridgestone is a good tire, however these are not. I will get the new Pirelli tires when the time comes.

I don't think it has anything to do with Bridgestone being a Japanese brand. The Lexus vehicles I've owned have come with Dunlops, Michelins & Bridgestones.

take into account that the Bridgestones were manufactured specifically for that car, that's why they're hard to find unless you go to Lexus for them. although i agree that they suck none the less.
