I need your help & opinion w/ wheels and suspension... Please!
Hello Everyone,
i have a 4th Gen GS350 F-Sport and am very happy with the car. I have come to a point where i am a bit bored with the car and am looking to put some wheels on and a drop. I am pretty set on the LFA 20 in Rims just not sure of which offset to go with.
I would like some recommendations on which offset to go with and rim width, i do want to get my fenders rolled, but not too much.
As far as springs i am pretty lost, i would love to maintain the smooth ride somewhat and still get low, H&R wouldn't really work out well for that.
Please help as i am very inexperienced with wheels and springs.
I am looking at MICHELIN PILOT SPORT PS2 for tires
Thank You
Currently running just spacers on the back 10mm

I'd suggest starting here to see what offsets others are using.

Rolling fenders should get you about 5mm more clearance since that is about the depth of the inner fender lip.
As for what final offset to go with, you may be limited by your wheel selection already. Replica LFA wheels don't have a lot of choices since they are cast.

i see you're at 180 customs next to the wash experts... tell Artem i said "what it do". nice group of guys at both places. not sure about offsets for the GS with the LFA wheels, isn't there a wheel and tire sticky here for the 4th gen GS? search there and you'll get an idea on the offset.

I saw your car at 180 when I was washing my GS. Artem also worked on my GS
Anyways, you dont have alot of choices here. You can either do staggered or the same size wheels on all 4 corners. If you go with staggered, let say 20x9.0 / 20x10.5 then there will be some issues with tires. Since I'm 99% positive that your car is AWD. If you go with 20x9's all around, then it's just a matter of getting the right offsets, the rest will be easy.

Nice, I see you are finally on the forums. I met you once in front of 180 I have the same car in nebula gray too haha. But yea if you are going with 20's you are definitely going to have to lower the car. I did a fitment and it just looked straight awkward with the huge gap.

Thanks for the help everyone,
unfortunately after searching all over for the LFA wheels no one can get or has 20's...
for some reason they only carry 19" reps, although the LFA definitely comes with 20" / 21" wheels
looking at Avant Garde M510 M310 M359 20x8.5 +35 and 20x10 +43 / _ 20x9 +35 and 20x10.5+43
depending on the wheel and availability
Avant Garde now offers a program for M510 where you choose any finish offset and bolt pattern and they make it to your specs. http://avantgardewheels.com/bespoke.php
i dint see anyone with 21" wheels? any idea on how that would look with a drop?

What is that under your front bumper? Is that some sort of retractable license plate frame? If so, can you tell me where you purchased it or any other details you care to share? Thanks.

they have done all the work on my car
its a power retractable license.
Its definitely the best option for front plate, I used to get front plate tickets every month or so by traffic cops when parked, with this I just pop it out.

Yes, painted housing and projector shrouds black ,Front corner amber LED's swapped out to almost factory color, looks a little more blue then factory at night, and my favorite and most complicated, rewired led's not to dim when headlights turn on. The DRLs are brighter during the day so when headlights turn on led's dim il post more pics of the car when rims and springs come in, next week

I remember when the exterior of my GS looked much like yours!
Lowering is a must in my opinion. As far as wheels go, I have Vossens, but was also a big fan of the Concavos. The CW-S5's are closest to the style you seem to be looking for.-not quite though. Good luck with the decision!
